All
prices include electricity and oil for central heating, one basket of logs,
bed linen but not towels.
£10
per week discount for bookings of two weeks or more. Contact owner for
short break prices.
50%
deposit payable within 7 days of booking. Balance is due 6 weeks before
commencement of stay, or is due immediately if booking is made within 6 weeks
of start date.
Deposit,
less 10% administration fee, is refundable if cancellation is made more than 6
weeks before start date. Refund at owner’s discretion if cancellation
is made less than 6 weeks before start date. Insurance can be provided
at extra cost - please ask for details.
Weekly
lets run from Saturday to Saturday, however, this may be subject to change for
Christmas and New Year bookings and for short breaks. Entry from 3 pm on
day of arrival, please vacate the cottage by 10 am on day of departure.
Dogs by arrangement only. No smoking.
